(Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) Looking for a Paymaster for a 5* luxury hotel.

About the Role:
Responsible to maintain the hotel's payroll system in order to ensure timely payment of wages according to company policies.

Responsibilities:
• Update, run close day operation, print and file daily time sheets
• Verify overtime requisitions with time sheets, forward the same for approvals, distribute copy and process approved overtime requisitions in the payroll system
• Calculate final settlement of employee leaving the employment, forward the final separation forms approval to the Accounts Payable upon approval
• Reconcile paycheck discrepancies with Department Heads or individual employees
• Assist Human Resources Department in maintaining vacation accruals
• Assist other areas of the accouting office as needed
• Ensure correct input data into payroll system with proper approvals
• Review, verify and process payroll data for preparation of payroll online banking payment
• Coordinate with the Human Resources Department on the opening of bank accounts for new employees

Requirements:
• Experience as Paymaster with Hotel Background or other organization and have prior accounting and payroll knowledge is a plus
• Must be able to speak, read and write Bahasa Malaysia
• Must have the right to work in Malaysia
